As a result of heavy rains early on Friday, a section of the roof of Delhi Airport’s Terminal 1 collapsed upon cars, including taxis, injuring six persons and killing three, according to Delhi Fire Services (DFS) authorities.

They claimed that a search is in progress to ensure that the damaged cars are not home to any more people.

According to the officials, in addition to the roof sheet, the support beams also gave way, causing damage to the vehicles parked at the terminal’s pick-and-drop area.
